UI is acting dumb when using emulator even if they have scale

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   So fore reason my UI is acting very dumb when i use emulator even if they have scale(they are images, but i tryed Related xx or yy this don’t help)

2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   RelativeXX, RelativeYY. Yes i did

I have no idea how to make it works normally, only one of objects in screen resizes properly and it is progressbar all others resize very dumb

Could this be fixed by script or smth?

I also used relativeXX on TextLabels and got some results

But other UI object still acting dumb

i don’t have more ideas what to do. I tryed to resize frame which contains Label & Image, still getting bad result
