UI looks different on different accounts

I have 2 accounts and one shows the proper ui just like in studio

and the other shows the incorrect ui

I have no idea why it is different on different accounts. It’s so strange. Also one account is under 13 which is the one where it doesn’t work and another is over 13 and it does work.

Apparently its because the frame’s transperency when your under 13 is set to 1 and the shadow behind makes the whole thing black so i dont know how to fix this.
