UI Looks unappealing

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    UI that isn’t ugly

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
My UI is so unappealing, if I was a noob to this game I would run away.

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
No, I don’t realy seem to understand what makes UI look so good in some games

After that, you should include more details if you have any. Try to make your topic as descriptive as possible, so that it’s easier for people to help you!

Draggable Resort! Beta1 [QoL/ GUI Update 3! 📺] - Roblox The game, check the UI out. It is the toggle summon part menu UI. That is all I want to see better, I am removing the ugly button for it soon, topbar plus is replacing it

I think making appealing UI can depend on the type of game you are planning to make.
For instance, look at how they color buttons, how the backgrounds are, and eventually you’ll just get a rhythm for this sorta thing.

I would also suggest in a lot of cases: Darker backgrounds, UICorners, UIStrokes, and UIGradients.
They can make your stuff look much nicer!

I have some examples, so lets say you are making a game that should appeal to kids, cause yes your game WILL NOT appeal to every age. (Its good to have a target audience)
So games that should appeal to kids should probably have a slight darker background, whereas anything important should use bright buttons and text, make the font easy to read and such.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask, as designing UI is kinda what I do a lot lol

It is called Draggable Resort. It is a game where you drag bricks around to do fun stuff like KILL and drag a chair around while you are sitting in it and earn badges and brix (ingame currency)

Thats the type of game… It’s unique

@FroDev1002

well, look at the UI in the game to so how they do it, cause if that game is decently popular, thats probably the best way to go about it, as its shown to work

It also kinda sounds like it would be the kinda game to appeal to children so:
