Reproduction Steps
Create and Select and UI instance, then try to add any UI Modifying instance through the add instance context menu
Expected Behavior
The UI objects will not be greyed out if they are created under a valid Instance
Actual Behavior
They end up greyed out no matter what happens

I am experiencing a similar issue however, none of the UI Modifying instances are showing up in the add instance context menu for me.
They still work when copying from another studio file where they have been inserted in the past.
you click on the + to add an instance then click on the three dots, then you check off “show only recommended objects”
