Edit: yes, i’ve been using AutoScale plugin.

Best you can do to somewhat counteract this is UIAspectRatioConstraint which comes with AutoScale Lite. You can also use a combination of Offset (as counterintuitive as it sounds) for some of the smaller elements of your UI
