UI scrolling frame autoscaling issue with non-full screen


As you can see in the clip, when the client is not in full screen the scrolling frame only scales to a certain extent but when switching to full screen the UI scales correctly. This behaviour does not feel intentional, surely the UI should scale appropriately regardless of being full screen or not.

The steps to recreate are simple, just run roblox and press f11 or turn full screen off, drag the window around to see behaviour. A similar issue with automatic scaling occurs when the client resizes their window (see screenshot below).

The UI should scale regardless of the client being full screen or not.
