I am trying to make the size bigger when for Mobile Device, but it seem not working at all. I even check every single DevForum Post which similar with mine. This is what I mean

Make sure to put the main frame in invisible frame and double check if you have everything scaled not in offset.
I put the Scrolling Frame inside a Normal Frame.
