UIListLayout making Mousebutton1click not register?

For some reason, whichever frame (Mesh or Extra) I put as 2nd in the layout order, the options in that frame dont work for Mousebutton1click.
Mousebutton1click would fire only for the first frame’s options and not the second.

Anyone know why?

Still have not found a fix. Would appreciate help.
