UIPageLayout mouse scrolling no longer works

Sometime this week the mouse scrolling function for UIPageLayouts stopped working. I haven’t tested if the touch scrolling or gamepad scrolling functions work but mouse scrolling is not working for sure.

The bug happens no matter what GUI setup you have with the UIPageLayout from what i have found, here is a repro place: ExamplePlace.rbxl (15.4 KB)
(This is the exact example place by @Tiffblocks from an older thread with the announcement of the instance)

I’ve reproduced the issue. It looks like the scrolling now only works with objects that process user input, such as buttons. We’re looking into what caused this and hopefully will fix it soon.
