UIPageLayout ScrollWheel Input no longer works

Normally, scrolling your mouse wheel while hovering over a UIPageLayout would cause the PageLayout to animate sideways. This no longer seems to work as of October 23rd, which is when I saw the first user report about this in Car Crushers 2.

You can try this with the PageLayout file in this repro:

Ive been having the same problem exact problem; it’s been driving me crazy. When I test it with a mobile emulator it works fine but using a scroll wheel bugs it out completely

Same thing has been happening to me since yesterday! Hopefully a fix can be done soon
