The title may be misleading, but this isn’t a error. I have seen all over that developers will use witchery (imo). For example, they’ll have a Linear tween and it will go outside of the frame, and all of the parts of the tweened UI that go outside of the frame don’t show, just the parts inside. Sorry if this isn’t descriptive, but I’m trying here. Please comment if you understand.

There is a property in Gui’s called ClipsDescendants that when enabled Guis that fall outside of the Frame’s borders, will not be shown.
However if you’re referring to someone else, your post is not at all very descriptive, and should include images/videos on what you’re trying to achieve.
