UIStroke does not render if parented to a CanvasGroup instance with BackgroundTransparency = 1

In the video below, the purple UIStroke is parented to a CanvasGroup, while the green UIStroke is parented to a Frame.

Green is the expected behavior.
Purple is the current behavior.

The UIStroke will still be rendered even if the parent CanvasGroup has a BackgroundTransparency of 1.

Realistically, if you want to work around this, you can just set the BackgroundTransparency to 0.99 and there would be a negligible difference between 0.99 and 1.

Other than that, this is still problematic, to some extent.
