Ultra kill Type UI

Currently, I am interested in developing a game similar to Ultra Kill. My goal is to create a user interface (UI) that resembles the image provided below:

However, I am unsure of the most efficient approach to achieve this. Should I utilize a ViewPort or implement a uniquely distorted UI? Any guidance or assistance regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Imo, you should use viewport frames since they are easy to use and can be used to make a ui similar to UltraKill.

changing my opinion after 4 months :troll:.
Yeah you should probably not use viewportframes because of their limitations and it’d be better to just put ui on a part and lerp that part to the player’s position
