Unable to Access Profile – "Adaptive Concurrency Limits Enforced" Error Message

Issue Description

As of now, I am unable to access my Roblox profile. Every time I attempt to view my profile page, I am met with the following error message:

“Adaptive Concurrency Limits Enforced. The server is temporarily unavailable due to high load. Please retry later.”

Reproduction Steps

  1. Log into your Roblox account.
  2. Navigate to your profile page via the navigation bar or direct URL (https://www.roblox.com/users/[UserID]/profile).
  3. Observe the error message displayed instead of the profile loading normally.

Expected Behavior

My profile should load correctly, displaying my avatar, bio, badges, favorites, and other standard profile elements without any error message.

After two minutes of the report submission, the profile page returned back to normal

I think… its because a piece of the servers’s CPU that your account was storaged in here are in a repair of the data :smirk:

Experienced this too, but went back to normal after a while
Probably a temporary outage due to high server load
