I am currently unable to send friend requests because I have everyone blocked.
The add friend button is grey as if I have blocked them, and there is an option to unblock them.
Pressing the unblock option shows this error.
When I try to look at my blocked users in my settings, I am given this error.

Around 2 weeks, and I haven’t found a fix to it since then so I decided to file a bug report.
How were you able to block everyone on Roblox?
I didn’t. I don’t think I have anyone blocked, but for some reason everyone appears to be blocked and I am unable to friend them.
Did you try on different devices?
yeah its prob ur extensions, go try on a browser without extensions
that could be the problem actually
