UGC creators are unable to add tags to their UGC catalog items as of today, July 10th, 2023 (first noticed at around 3:00 PM PST). It was working fine yesterday, July 9th, 2023.
This bug affects all areas in which UGC creators are able to add tags such as within Roblox Studio and on the Creator Dashboard webpage.
Expected Behavior
Typing valid tags would show the best-matching tags in a dropdown menu and autofill/autocomplete when entered.
Actual Behavior
Typing valid tags does not show the best-matching tags in a dropdown menu and autofill/autocomplete when entered. Instead it errors “Word(s) not found in the tag library” for all input. It is not possible to add tags to UGC items due to this.
