Are you on the Beta app?
As far as I’m aware, the Roblox Desktop Beta App is literally just modified code taken from the mobile site, so maybe they haven’t changed everything to suit PC users. Try going to Roblox and cancelling it there.
Otherwise email Roblox support about it, I’m sure you are able to cancel the subscription out of the Roblox site if necessary
I dont know if I am on the Beta app. I did cancel from billing settings but it causes that redirection to Google Play ill try contacting Support - Roblox thank you for the help ill keep you updated.
