Unable to change my moderated game icon

I am trying to change my icon as it has been moderated, I have attempted multiple other icons that have been uploaded successfully on other game places but on this specific place it is not letting me change my icon even to a placeholder image.

I’ve attempted this on microsoft edge and chrome and both have the same issue.
