I’ve been building for around 2 years now and have never encountered this. I put this in here because I might have done something wrong, but I think it might be a bug. Collisions are off and the part is floating so there should be no reason for it to be refusing to change. I also opened a new baseplate to see what would happen and it was still refusing to resize itself. This is the only part doing this.
Perhaps open the size more up and change what your trying to change. Maybe your typing it in wrong. If that doesn’t work restart to studio. Then if that dosen’t work try your pc.
This looks a float point error. That just means that decimals are sometimes stored inaccurately - the numbers being 3.002 and 2.401 in this case. I haven’t come across this issue in a long time, so I couldn’t tell you exactly how to fix it. But, maybe try setting the size to a different number like 4, 2.85, 3 and set it back to the original size?
I’ve already tried that but it doesn’t work. It’s not that bothersome since I barely built anything, but it’s really odd and I have no idea what’s happening.
This is thanks to a bug that was introduced recently which ignores small changes to a part’s size. It will be fixed next release.
As a workaround you can change the size by a larger amount to something else, then change it back to what you wanted to change it to in the first place.
