Unable to change the colour of a union

I want to change the colour of a part but despite applying the necessary changes, the part colour remains the same.
Note: I used welds for this

Did not get anything from the forums so I’m counting on this new topic to help me out instead

Dumb question, but when you say

you mean you’ve already enabled UsePartColor, yes?

yea you need to enable that or the union won’t be affected by the colour

Not sure where do I enable that but basically what I did was selecting a color under the Color’s sections so I can choose a specific color instead of the typical BrickColor which uses Roblox’s default colors provided.

In the Union scroll down in properties, and you should find it. Set it to true and it’ll start allowing you to set the color.
It’s off in case you want multi-color unions.

Perfect! Worked as expected, sorry but I’m still learning the ropes to studio but I appreciate the help a lot!
