As stated in the Title, I am unable to click on the Ads Manager button within the Create tab.

Reproduction steps -

. Click on the Create tab.
. Click on Ads
. Click on Ads Manager

Expected behavior

I expect it to open the ads manager tab when I click on the Ads Manager button.

A work-around I’ve been using is clicking on the “Sponsored Items” button which would direct me to the Sponsored Ads tab, then i’d click on “Sponsored Experiences as of (date here)”

Then I’d click on the Ads Manager button within that window and I’d get directed to the Ads manager tab.

By not being able to click on the Ads Manager button, do you mean it doesn’t direct you to the Ads Manager tab, or is there something wrong with the website once you get directed? Because if the website doesn’t load, it could be your DNS holding it back.

It does not direct me to do Ads Manager tab, upon clicking the button to direct me to that tab in the explained workaround above it works fine.

Hi there! We’ve debugged this and been able to reproduce only if we install Adblock (or any popular ad blocking extension). Would you mind checking if you have an ad blocker on stopping this from working?

Because the page this opens has ads in its url (ads.roblox.com) ad blocking extensions usually assume it should be blocked by default. We are working on strategies to pair well with ad blockers in parallel

Ahh, understandable. Yes I do have an adblocker extension.

I have the regular Roblox site as an exception to the ad blocking extension so that I can see ads on Roblox, however…

I had to also ensure that the “Create” tab’s page was also an exception and now clicking the button works normally.

So yeah, it was my adblocking extension.

I use ABP.

Maybe changing the URL to “Advertising” although it’s longer it might work better? No clue. Goodluck though!
