So yea i turned on everything in studio and on the site it still however says this error 
it just always says that ^^ like in output and stuff.

I am slightly confused as to what you are trying to achieve here so could you provide some more information on that part. Also we don’t have enough information to help fix your issue so could you provide some parts of your code that could be throwing this error.
This is what the developers hub says about this error:
Error X occurred when processing on Roblox servers. Depending on the response, you may want to retry the request at a later time.
Is it possible that you’re in team create and you’re not the place owner? That error will occur if that’s true. Also, make sure studio API is enabled.

Yea but the owner turned everything on i saw it on screenshare
You can only use DataStores in a game that you own. If you aren’t the game’s owner you can’t use its DataStores, hence the error HTTP 403 Forbidden.
I am not sure if Roblox will let you use DataStores from outside sources such as an HTTP API, maybe try using a different site?
