Everytime i try to create a roblox support ticket (I am trying to appeal a genre change on my game), it gives me an error: “Something went wrong, please try again later.”
I’ve tried it on 2 different devices (Macbook and Windows 11 PC) and on 2 accounts.

*I’ve had this issue for like 2 days now.
Try clearing your cache/cookies, if this still persists then resubmit this in Bug Reports as it isn’t intended behavior.

I mean i tried it on 2 different devices so i doubt that clearing my cookies is gonna fix it

I had this issue, and using my phone worked after a couple tries.
