Unable to create Ad Account

Hi, I’m trying to run advertisments for my new game, but when I try to make an ad account through the ad manager, no matter what I do, I’m hit with this error. I’ve tried different browsers, refreshing numerous times, private mode, everything, nothing seems to work. Anyone have a solution?

I have the same problem
and I don’t know where it comes from I try every day to create an account but it doesn’t work

I tried to do it with another Roblox account and strangely it works so I don’t understand anything
