Everytime i try to create a roblox support ticket (I am trying to appeal a genre change on my game), it gives me an error: “Something went wrong, please try again later.”
I’ve tried it on 2 different devices (Macbook and Windows 11 PC) and on 2 accounts. And i’ve had this issue for 2 days now.
I’m using the chrome browser.
I believe they block your email or IP from creating tickets (temporary) if you have sent a bit too much (for them). This happened to me quite a few times.

I had this happen a couple times in the past year or so, except it went away after a day. I think your IP got blocked but I wouldn’t know why
I tested it and my main account is actually ip banned from creating support tickets. But I really don’t know why.
by chance are you using a vpn? I don’t think it would cause this but figured i would ask anyway
I used a vpn to test the ip ban on an alt.
I suggest trying without vpn if possible, i’ve heard that vpn’s tend to make roblox’s site a little wonky
Well i only used the vpn because it would not let me make a support ticket on my alt.
I see, not sure then, you’ve tried on multiple devices too so not going to suggest that either. hopefully that get solved soon
