Unable to dev-ex because of T-Shirt purchase?

What do you want to achieve?
To be able to cash out my commission so i can pay bills.

What is the issue?
I went to dev-ex and i got this message:

Hello rater193,

Your Developer Exchange request was unable to be processed for the following reason: Not Eligible.
If you have any questions, please write in at [www.roblox.com/support](https://www.roblox.com/support).

Sincerely,
The Roblox Team

I was given my commissions from a shirt, but i was unable to dev-ex and now i am running a bit close to broke. I need to dev-ex so i can keep my lights on, and food in my family’s stomach.

What solutions have you tried so far?
I already contacted customer support a week ago, but i still havnt got a single word back on anything.

Thanks in advance for any help.

No, don’t do this. It breaks the DevEx ToS and doing so will lock you out from DevExing ever again.

@rater193 do you know how much Robux the T-Shirt was and if the person buying ot was trustworthy?

No, there was no reason. And i wouldnt have sold it on the dark web either.
I thought maybe it was because i had to re-submit the tax form because of a new year. I havnt received a single message from support about it at all. This is unfortunate. I need to re-submit the dev-ex request soon so i can pay my bills before the first.

Customer support isn’t equipped to handle DevEx inquiries. Try reaching out to program staff at devex@roblox.com for questions and concerns, including following up on your ineligibility reason. Note that your reason for ineligibility can be withheld at program staff’s discretion.

Your ineligibility may not necessarily be from the asset purchase. There are a number of reasons you could be ineligible or not able to DevEx, including but not limited to if you’ve changed your account’s email address in the past or have been recently non-trivially moderated (last few weeks/months). You are also going to need to find out if your ineligibility is permanent or due to a certain factor.

FWIW: tax forms don’t affect your eligibility. Roblox doesn’t have access to these, they’re purely for recordkeeping purposes for Tipalti.

It’s unfortunate that you’re dealing with a situation like this but there isn’t much help anyone can give you here besides directing you to the appropriate channels to raise your inquiries. We’re not staff and can’t give you authoritative answers, only point you in the right direction based on prior experience with the program or existing answers on the forum or Roblox’s help pages.
