I have been unable to devex since the 31 Aug 2024 because my request keep getting rejected at the level of tipalti but my Devex is always approved by Roblox.
When I contacted Tipalti they said everything seemed fine with my details but that I should contact the Devex team. I did so and i didn’t get any valid response as well . They just reprocessed my payment but again it failed on Tipalti .
The only error displayed after the failure is this and I’ve filled all the neccessary information.
It’s really frustrating because I’ve been trying to pay my developers but I can’t just because my money is stuck on the platform which doesn’t make sense.
And in my country the only method of cash out is Wire Transfer.
