Unable to DevEx

I have been unable to DevEx this month because my requests have kept on being rejected. The rejection message given is: Your Developer Exchange request was unable to be processed for the following reason: Insufficient Earned Robux.

This is quite confusing as I have been able to DevEx without issue multiple times over the past few months and my only source of robux is from a game which is held on a group I own. The other developer for the game has not had a rejection and so it seems I am the only one facing this problem.

The response I got from Roblox support did not address my question of why my robux was not “Earned” when it clearly is.

I tried submitting another DevEx request to see if anything had changed only to be met with the same rejection. This is getting pretty ridiculous.

Do you have enough Robux? You may nkt habe enough to convert

I definitely have enough, over 2 million to be specific.
