Unable to Disable Beta Features (File tab Gone)

I recently enabled a few beta features that I no longer want to use because the Test tab in the ribbon that I need to see my GUI scaling is gone.

My file button is gone and I’m unable to disable these beta features, how can I switch back to the old Studio layout?

Completely new menu system (on Mac these will appear in the MacOS menu bar)

So you should be looking for the menu bar of the mac for the missing menus
