Unable to disable Roblox Account Pin

Whenever I attempt to disable my Roblox “Parent” Pin, I am being greeted with an “An unknown error occurred” message. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now, and only affects my Roblox account as far as I know.

The network tab reveals that this is a “404 | Bad Request” error, and the json revealing a authentication error:

There was a post regarding the same issue, however it was closed.

Expected behavior

I expect that my account pin can be disabled without any issue.

I sometimes get this when changing some settings but it works if I do it a second time

Simply resetting cookies and then logging back in should fix this.

I get this a lot, have you tried going onto the roblox microsoft store app?
