Unable to distribute model as it gets moderated & can't appeal

Hi all!
If I’m posting this to the wrong topic, I apologize, it’s my first time creating a new post.

I’ve been working on a model for a while (it’s pretty big, around ~200 modules and 28k lines) & I’m now unable to update the model with a new version.

I was given this reason:

  • If I revert the model to a previous version, this issue no longer exists, and if I upload an entirely new model w/ the new version, the new model also isn’t distributable.
  • If I update the current model slightly I’m able to distribute it though, making me believe that it’s something I updated; however, this issue shouldn’t exist in the first place.

To my knowledge, there aren’t any similar solutions on the DevForum.

  • Model link (currently on reverted version): Model
  • Version I’m trying to update it to: RPG Kit.rbxm (798.4 KB)

Yeah , same thing happened to me. I built a literal stone wall and got moderated. All because it was named “Barracks”

I tried to change the name of the model and it’s still giving issues. What could be the problem?

I believe this had to do with most explosive items.

Had this happen too with a nuclear bomb ModuleScript I published.

I don’t think it’s specifically explosions, because there’s none in the model.

It has to be something I added to the model this version that gets flagged automatically by the bots, but since the model is so large I’m unable to find out what it is. I’ve had this issue happen in the past but when I appealed it was accepted, for some reason they won’t accept it this time.

I sent Roblox a support ticket on the issue yesterday but they haven’t responded to me yet

Did you also try to appeal via support yet or just through the appeals page?

The thing is that AI sometimes flags the same thing everytime even when it’s not against the rules at all

Also during the appeal you also need to explain what the item is suppose to be and why it’s not against the rules since just saying “This is not against the rules” mostlikely won’t help

From what I’ve heard, misusing Roblox systems typically has to do with uploading on an alt acc.

If it was moderated for misusing Roblox systems, it probably doesn’t have to do with the model content itself. Maybe it could be the size, idk.

I tried both but support hasn’t gotten back to me via ticket yet. During which appeal I should elaborate; the ticket, the appeals system, or both?

Mmmm. I’m uploading on my main account and the model size is around the same, i’ve uploaded models with more instances & models with more lines (and more kb data), so I don’t know if size is the issue.

You should try to do on both appeals

Misusing roblox systems reason occours on many reasons most times on UGC assets

Usually occours when it’s just generally against the rules or the item contains a bypass from what i understand

Like for example the model contains something not allowed

Okay, I’ll try that.

Just got a response back on the ticket, “We have forwarded your request for further review. Our team will follow-up with you as soon as possible.”

I recall elaborating in the ticket but I’ll try a system appeal with more information too.

Elaborating in the appeals system wasn’t successful, hoping the ticket works.

Don’t understand. Does anyone have ideas for what could be against community standards? I’m stumped.

Bump because I asked for information and they weren’t able to provide anything. What do I do?

Figured it out, it was because I used InsertService to insert a shirt in one of the modules.

Don’t know why support couldn’t have told me that before I had to sift through 200 modules :sob:
