Unable to edit a Developer Product

I am unable to edit my own developer product after creating it.

If I go through Roblox Studio:

I am the group owner, I have all permissions. I even have the new roles system with all permissions granted.

All the developers in my team are also unable to edit them either, even the ones they create themselves.

This happens only in this very specific game for some mysterious reason.

This is a pretty severe and quite urgent issue, everything is setup in this place and we’re unable to release the game because of this.

Hello, Can you check if you have permissions

1. Legacy system permissions to edit the experience.
2. Your group has permissions to manage(create and edit community experiences) the experiences ? Via a new system - there are multiple permission checks for the group make sure - can manage experience is checked .

I’m trying to update product id 2677054789.
I get a “Product is created by another user”.

Note that this experience was created in 2012, which is, if i remember correctly, before managing experiences within groups existed. You had one place automatically created and that was it.

Hi, im having the same issue. However, i am not the owner of the group, but do have full perms through the new role system. Im also unable to upload the devproduct with an image, when the dev product it shows this error.
