I have a problem with one of my studios which I usually use to work on but now I am unable to enter it at all , when I try to edit the studio it would just show “Loading place” … and then coming back with an error or nothing at all , if it did opened I would be stuck on a grey screen and then it would not respond at all.
I encountered this problem after finishing animating on a rig which when saving caused my whole laptop to crash. Once I opened it back I was trying to delete some of the animations so I could get rid of what I think causes these lags and crashes , but it ended up freezing and I had to force close the studio. And that’s when I couldn’t edit that place anymore.
I do not have any auto recovery files, because I had turned off auto saving because it also causes my studio to close itself when saving these animations.
What I have tried to do to fix it
- Reset my studio settings
- Clear Roblox Cache
- Restarting my device
