Unable to enable private servers and getting unknown error

When trying to enable private servers for this game I get the error message “Unknown Error, please try again later.”

Notably, I have edit access to the user’s game which differs this from the other experiences I can toggle private servers on.

Repro steps:

1. Go to this page https://create.roblox.com/dashboard/creations/experiences/142805699/access
2. Try to toggle on Private Servers
3. Click Save

I encounter this on both the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox.

Are you still experiencing this error for enabling private servers? If so can you please open the network tab on devtools, reproduce the issue, and share a screenshot of the request/response details for any failed requests? Thanks so much!

Following up to confirm we are unable to reproduce this bug. It’s possible that this is due to insufficient permissions, as managing private servers for group owned experiences will require having “Create and edit community experiences” on the communities page shown here:
