Unable to export "Save as new asset" animation

The “Submit” button is grayed out and I can’t save any new animations to Roblox.

I’ve tried restarting my pc, reinstalling studio, and disconnecting and reconnecting my internet.

Any help? or why this issue is happening?
Sorry if this is in the wrong topic I’m new to the dev forum.

You’re required to add a description to the asset.
