Unable to fill in tipalti address form as a minor in Spain

I recently sent a DevEx request for the first time, and after receiving the invitation email to sign in to the suppliers portal (Tipalti) I can’t fill in the “age” field in the address tab. I’m above 13 and the form will only ask for my age if I select Spain as my country. Upon entering my age, I get an error saying that I have to be 18+ to continue. This does not happen if I select any other country.
According to the devex requirements page, I only need to be above 13.

Has anyone experienced this? Any help is appreciated :grin:

You’ll have to create an account under your parent’s name. The requirements are probably the same in the U.S, but that’s what I did a few years back at 13. Good luck!

I already used my name when I submitted the request, so I can’t add a different one now. Is there any information as to why I can’t fill in the form under 18 years of age? I was wondering if it was country specific.
If it’s still not possible I guess I’ll have to wait and submit a new request with my any of my parent’s names

It’s probably best to talk with Roblox support, and they can give you a refund on your robux, but you might have to wait until next month.

Sounds like it, and is probably due to Spanish or EU laws.

I’d assume you need to be at least 18 for the tax forms that are required to be filled out for the DevEx.

There also could be some information here for you, it’s what I found after a quick google search.

Thanks, I had already read through that page and it doesn’t say anything about having to be an adult to fill out the tax forms. I still find it odd that it only asks for my date of birth when I select Spain as my country so it might have to do with spanish laws like @jackjenningsdev said.
I have contacted support and I’m waiting for a response now.
