Unable to join any experience on roblox from any browser

When trying to launch a game from browser, roblox app won’t launch and it will just prompt me to download roblox.

A video explaining what happens:


As you can see on the video provided, when I’m trying to join a game roblox won’t launch.
This started to happen nearly on 8th October, after I updated my windows.

When I’m trying to join an experience from roblox launcher, everything works fine. When I’m downloading roblox it opening me a roblox launcher without starting a game.

I tried 2 browsers: google, microsoft edge, yandex. All of these didnt work. This is not antivirus fault because I have it disabled. Tried disabling browser plugins, which didn’t help as well.

My Windows version: 22H2

If you need more info I would be happy to provide it and help with fixing that issue as a lot of people experiencing such issue for the last few months

I wanted to make sure this was still a valid issue - is it still happening for you? We’ve made a lot of improvements over the last two years.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to PC that had this issue anymore
