Unable to join Team Create Error Code 18

My Studio randomly crashed while play testing, and now I am unable to connect to any team create sessions.
Is Roblox down for anyone else?

Yes, I’m the only one in my studio at the moment so it wont kick me but assets are having trouble loading (textures, playermodel, etc)
