Hello, I’m having a couple of issues with my friend’s game I’m working on. One issue is that I tried to join the game in a private server (and even after restarting the servers for the update), I got a failed to connect error 17 several times. Ten minutes went by, and I was finally able to join; however, the game had bad frame drops. I closed the studio after publishing the game, and when I went to get back on it, I was unable to. We had no problems with the game before this; everything was smooth, and we were able to publish the game and restart the servers without any issue.
Sorry to hear you are running into issues… it looks like your place reached the memory limits of our servers. Can you revert to a previous version or open up the place locally without Team Create to reduce the size of the place? I’m not the owner of the game its my friends, is there a way i could download a version of the game? If not ill wait for him to reduce the size

I’m sorry you’re not able to get access to the place. Unfortunately, downloading a copy of the experience is currently not possible if it is owned by your friend.
