I’ve included two videos, the first one should be of me trying to un-favorite & dislike and like a game with no outcome, and the second clip is me trying to add multiple accounts and refreshing the page just to see that its like the request never went through. I’ve tried on different devices and still to no prevail what so ever.
This is only happening with this account, as if I try on any other alt account I have no issues at all and am able to add people, and favorite & like games.
I have had this issue for over 4 years now, have made tickets about it and have been in other peoples bug reports, but even with the fixes that were made I still see people talking about how they’re unable to do most of the things I described.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to dislike or like a game, add a friend, or favorite or un-favorite a game.
I’ve tried multiple devices, Iphone, Xbox, Ipad, PC and its all the same issue. I’ve been fed up with this because I have to ask everyone to friend me and its honestly a bit awkward
This is an issue that I have also been experiencing for a year now, and is beyond frustrating.
In addition to not being able to add friends on the website, it also directly affects in-game friend requests as well. My bugged main account cannot send friend requests, but the normal demo account has no issues. I have filmed a video of this to demonstrate.
In-Game Friend Requests:
As far as I am aware, staff members have been made aware of this issue (as early as January 28, 2025), but we have not received any follow-ups.
Any fix on this or updates would be appreciated, as this has been an issue for many users for the past year and more.
