Unable to load into any Studio place

Hello, I’m Showbiz.

My partner and I are attempting to get a development studio up and running, but they’ve run into an error regarding Studio. Unfortunately, they are unable to load into any of their games.
I’m posting this on their behalf, but they’re on standby to troubleshoot and communicate with me. They are not a member here.

The first issue they ran into was a “PerformanceStats” issue where the game wasn’t displaying, so I told them to go into studio settings and put the rendering/graphics mode onto Automatic. They did, and this only made the issue worse. They are completely unable to load into any game of theirs, including group/team create games.

When loading into a place, they’re given the screen below, with a loading cursor. Regardless of how long they wait, the place doesn’t open. They’re completely unable to interact with any of the tabs and cannot open settings, or even anything in the explorer. The issue persists across accounts, too.

This issue started on 8/17, and has persisted despite me scouring the forums, YouTube, and even Scripting Helpers. They’ve also contacted Roblox Support, but they only gave us solutions we’ve tried. If necessary, I’m sure they’d be happy to sign up to the forum and hand over a log dump. They have a Macbook pro, specifically a Macbook OS Big Sur, version 11.5.2.
We’re very desperate here, as our entire organization is dependent solely on this developer. Please help!

Try to uninstall roblox and all its AppData folders and Temp folder and reinstall Roblox.

We’ve uninstalled & reinstalled Studio too many times to count. They also completely erased all Roblox & Studio files, and it still isn’t loading. Sorry for the late reply, by the way.

It could be that the computer has something interrupting Roblox.

FireWall, Anti-virus, drivers or computer characteristics

Since you are using macOS, You can try this:

  1. Remove ~/Library/Caches/com.Roblox.Roblox folder
  2. Remove ~/Library/Preferences/com.Roblox.Roblox.plist file
  3. Remove ~/Library/Preferences/com.Roblox.RobloxStudio.plist file
  4. Remove ~/Library/Roblox folder
(You must close studio and player before doing this)
This will clear the all preferences and caches made by roblox.

I’m very sorry for the atrociously late response, my house burnt down and I’ve been in a bit of disarray.

I relayed to my partner to find and delete said directories, but not only could they not find them, but any commands I told them to run on any of those directories didn’t work. We tried rm, rmdir, and even cd on all the locations meticulously, but I’m not even sure they exist on his Macbook.
Any suggestions?
