Unable To Load Latest Message Preview Of Some Applications

Reproduction Steps

  1. Navigate to: Talent Hub after submitting an application.

  2. There’s a chance that a preview of the latest message sent in regards to a job application will not load: at all, within a short time, or without interaction.

Device Info

  • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/ Safari/537.36 Edg/105.0.1343.42
  • Platform Type: PC
  • Device Type: Computer

Expected Behavior

For all of the latest application message previews to load at the left side of the page.

Actual Behavior


  • Refresh your page for a chance for the preview to load

  • Try to wait it out - sometimes it’ll load after a bit of waiting

  • Click on the inbox message with its missing latest message preview as it may load after a click
