I wanted to create a developer product but I can’t find the Monetization Tab inside the Game Setting, here’s the tutorial I follow.

Appears to be locked as a Beta feature, to enabled this you need to check the Game Management feature on.
How to enable:

This is a Beta feature so there could be some bugs while using it,
Alternatively:
You can go to the create page and locate your game’s universe.
