Unable to Log In or create accounts (Microsoft Store App)

Hello.
For the past months, I’ve been unable to log in or create accounts on the Roblox Microsoft Store
app.

Whenever I try to log in, the “Log In” button turns transparent and it gets stuck on this screen.

And when I try to create an account, the “Sign In” button doesn’t even work at all.

I’ve already tried the following solutions:

  • Repairing & Resetting the app
  • Repairing & Resetting Microsoft Store
  • Entering commands in Windows PowerShell
  • Rebooting my PC
  • Logging in using the Email instead of the username

Also, both “Sign In” and “Log In” buttons on the main Roblox page say the same thing (“Sign In”)

I’m french, so sorry if you don’t understand what is written.

Please help, as I physically can’t play the game.

Old post, but I’ve found that the problem was a password using Unicode characters the application couldn’t recognize. Try showing the password and seeing if there’s a � Unicode character inside. If so, change it or use the website login.
