Unable to log into my devex account

After I created the Devex portal account, I was unable to log in to my Devex account during 2FA because I kept not getting the code. I keep trying until it says I have reached the maximum number of attempts to resend the verification code. I contacted support, but they are unable to find my account. What should I do? It’s been one week since that.

Is there a weekly limit for attempts for verification codes? Some sites I’ve been on when I reached the max attempts the next day the limit reset.
