On macOS, when you have an instance selected in the Explorer and press Return you can rename the instance. If you desire to recreate this behavior on Windows, you are unable to because you cannot map the return key to any shortcuts (it causes the settings window to stop listening to input for the shortcut you are trying to edit). This is the current behavior on both macOS and Windows.
Expected behavior
When editing a shortcut, I should be able to bind shortcuts to Return. Perhaps allowing any input, and adding an x button in the input field would fix this?
Our current shortcuts system can’t support this. We do plan to do a big overhaul to this system later this year as a Next Gen Studio upgrade so we’ll keep this request in mind.
