I have been unable to payout group funds for weeks now as it seems as though roblox has removed my permissions to do so, I am very confused as I have paid out tens of thousands of funds to myself prior to this error. It seemed to occur after my last payout of 23k, my group is about a month and a half old, I am confused as to why roblox would let me pay out thousands and then do this. I contacted roblox support on the issue and they have told me to wait no specific amount of time, I did so but now it has been weeks since I have had this issue, I have only paid out funds to myself and only sell ugc. Are there any specific steps I have missed to resolve this issue?
I would reply to Roblox support asking how long this takes.
I am guessing this is your group and your only paying yourself the Robux. I don’t see why you can’t just do a recurring payout for yourself as this may get around the issue your having.
I did end up emailing them again and they replied with the same botted response, also recurring payouts are not available as well for me… roblox only mentions this verification process once in their docs. I would have taken better precautions if I knew this was a thing to begin with.
They did this to a group of mine that i had owned for a month and a half but started getting sales about 3 1/2 weeks ago - i sent an email after 2 weeks because the pending sales had been passed through and into group funds for a week already. They emailed back like 2 days later with the pre-written response you mentioned but coincidence or not I checked the group right when I got that email and I was suddenly able to payout funds.
I recommend to try giving it another day or 2 and putting in another ticket , and referencing the ticket number from your first request while explaining you were given that pre written response but have not been given any sort of timeframe or signs the payouts will be available.
