Unable To Place Decals From Toolbox

Update 2/6/2023: As noticed by @Kollasi9, a similar issue is occurring with models. Imported models from toolbox are not able to be dragged around and placed at the location of the cursor. They appear in a default location and appear selected; however, they cannot be dragged without reselecting them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open toolbox
2. Navigate to images
3. Drag image onto part

System Information
11th Gen Intel Core i7 @ 2.50 GHz, 16 GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

Beta Features
Accessory Fitting Tool, CSG Version 3, Face Capture, Intuitive Debugger, Live Animation Creator, New Character Controller, New Text Chat Service, Notched Screen Support, Save Rig With Animation, Selection and Navigation Improvements in Explorer, Selection Improvements, Upgrade Shorelines

Expected Behavior
When dragging an image onto a part from toolbox, the image should properly become parented to the desired part with the Decal.Face property on the correct surface.

Actual Behavior
The image does not appear on the desired part
Image is parented to workspace with the default face set to “Front”

The same is happening with models. It really slows down workflow.
The only beta features I have activated are the default ones.

This was the result of a combination of flags flipped for improved explorer performance. This should be fixed either by now or in a couple of hours, with a long term fix being in next update.
