Unable to Playtest and Play Roblox games

Playtest freezes,
Roblox games crash.

  1. I’m trying to load in game. It normally loads into loading screen, when it’s about to put me in the game it crashes.

  2. It happens every single time I try to play the game.

  5. It’s not graphic bug.

  6. It started after latest ROBLOX update.

  7. Nothing else.

PC Specs:

8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 ti
AMD Athlon™ X4 840 Quad Core Processor

Perhaps try uninstalling/deleting ROBLOX and then reinstalling it. I recognise this is still a bug that needs addressing but could be a temporary solution whilst ROBLOX fixes it.

Try disabling AccuratePlaySolo.

This might fix Studio crashing as it was the fix for me a few months ago.

As for the client crashing, open up Roblox Studio, go to Settings / Rendering and change the Graphics Mode to something like D3D11, D3D9, Metal, or Automatic. Vulkan crashes for me and I’m using an AMD Processor as well (though I think mine might be slightly newer than yours.)
