Perhaps try uninstalling/deleting ROBLOX and then reinstalling it. I recognise this is still a bug that needs addressing but could be a temporary solution whilst ROBLOX fixes it.
This might fix Studio crashing as it was the fix for me a few months ago.
As for the client crashing, open up Roblox Studio, go to Settings / Rendering and change the Graphics Mode to something like D3D11, D3D9, Metal, or Automatic. Vulkan crashes for me and I’m using an AMD Processor as well (though I think mine might be slightly newer than yours.)
