Unable to publish UGC limiteds on my end

On May 30th I uploaded an UGC item after moderation accepted the item I got to know it wasn’t in my inventory.

When: May 30th and after.

What it should do

Puts the item in my inventory.(This was published recently)

What happened

Iyem isn’t in my inventory or I don’t own it.

Adding to this I wasn’t able to publish my UGC limited item which didn’t show in my inventory.

Reproduction Steps

• First I go to create.roblox.com
• Select the avatar item category.
• Select my UGC item.
• Enable on-sale.
• Add a price and quantity.
• Click Publish.

This happening on all items, not just limiteds. Showing “game has no root place” along with the above listed message randomly.

It seems to be very widespread, but also seemingly random as if you keep trying eventually sometimes an item can get through configuration (though often it will continue to show error messages).

Since we have redesigned the error message, it should show failure reasons more clearer now.
